By accessing or using simBalkans services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional conditions referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

simBalkans provides digital eSIM data plans for travelers visiting the Balkan region. Our services include:

• Delivery of eSIM QR codes and activation profiles
• Country-specific mobile data connectivity via partner networks
• Online account and payment management
• Customer support via email

simBalkans acts as an authorized reseller and facilitator of eSIM connectivity provided through international telecom partners and aggregators.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not use another user’s account without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe or equivalent payment processors.

• Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due in full prior to eSIM delivery.
• Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be delivered instantly via email and in your dashboard.
• All transactions are encrypted and handled securely.

All sales are final, except as noted under our Refund Policy.

5. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Our eSIMs are delivered digitally and activate instantly.

Once an eSIM QR code has been issued or activated, the product is considered used and cannot be refunded, except in the following cases:

• The eSIM fails to activate due to a verified technical issue not caused by the user;
• The eSIM is proven incompatible due to incorrect or outdated compatibility information provided by us.

6. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM technology and is network-unlocked before purchasing. We are not liable for failed activations caused by incompatible or locked devices.

7. Service Limitations

While we aim to provide stable, high-quality connectivity, you acknowledge that:

• Network performance varies by location, carrier, and local conditions.
• Temporary interruptions or reduced speeds may occur in rural or remote areas.
• Fair Usage Policies (FUP) may apply depending on local carrier rules.
• simBalkans is not responsible for third-party carrier outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.

Our services are intended for personal travel use only, not for reselling or commercial redistribution.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, and software belong to StayLink Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, simBalkans and StayLink Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Connectivity interruptions, data loss, or business losses
• Failures caused by your device, network, or third-party carriers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations (including GDPR and the Consumer Rights Directive). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
